Text Box: We are in a period of calmness, much like the eye of a storm. While each day there are new events that confirm our destructive tendencies, many feel that another milestone is coming. Though we persist with our daily activities and objectives, in the back of our mind is the concept that things may get different quickly.

Around the world different people create different energy. Some people work together to create chaos, intending on initiating a shift through fear and violence. Others work together to balance chaos, regulating energy and helping guide others towards a positive vision. In the middle are the masses, affected by everything and seemingly helpless. In actuality, it is the middle masses that have the most power.

A shift in the energy of humanity requires participation by the majority. Which way will the shift go? We have already moved into a condition of fear, protecting ourselves while allowing leaders to send soldiers to kill others. We have already moved into a condition of complacency, expecting that the world will continue to get worse. While gratification is felt for the minor changes we make to improve the environment, everyone knows that a lot more is needed.

Around the world, the power of lightworkers has been growing for years. Lightworkers gain strength through improving themselves and their ability to offer light. In general we do not stand out because our participation is subtle. From helping shift the anger of a stranger to raising the self-esteem of a child, lightworkers continually nudge others towards the creation of a better world.

Of course, lightworkers are not perfect. Just like everyone else, we feel emotions, face challenges, make mistakes and desire more. Lightworkers experience frustration and fear, anger and apathy, confusion and concern. The secret of a lightworker is to keep returning to positive vibration. When your light is bright, dancing through chaos is a pleasure.

The key measurement of any contribution to society is whether it is supportive or destructive. Do your activities create challenges for others? Do your activities initiate grief and hatred and rage? Or do you spend most of your energy improving the lives of others? In general, every interaction can be positive, negative or neutral. What vibration do you tend to carry? What impression do you tend to leave?

None of this measurement is about judgment of others. In a universe of infinite energy, every contrast is available. You will always be able to find someone to judge. While a contrasting opinion may serve to strengthen your own beliefs, supporting the contrast with attention only gives it strength. If you really want your own energy to be dominant, create more of the desired energy instead of giving away your power.

As we understand more about our existence, contrast becomes less relevant. Opposites exist to provide variety and choice. Added together, everything is neutral. Contrast only exists when we move to extreme detail. Viewed as a whole, the differences among humans are less important than the common elements of humanity. Though we are all different we are also all the same.

The hope of humanity lies within each individual. As each soul chooses to move towards paradise, the path is easier for the next. As each person moves towards light and love, supportive energy is created that encourages more people to move in the same direction. When lightworkers choose to concentrate their effort on creating light, the force increases and the shift becomes common. As we sit in the eye of the storm, lightworkers begin to glow.
