Text Box: The world is at peace. All people work together for the common good, and appreciate each other’s differences. Governments exist solely to provide service, restricting their involvement to the efficient coordination of the infrastructure. Around the planet, all people have access to healthcare and education, food and water, roads and electricity. Every person, group, company, country and continent adheres to global laws, which recognize the rights of individuals and apply honor, fairness and equality.

Does this sound like a fantasy? Perhaps it does, but all manifestation begins with a vision. By describing the desired outcome, it becomes possible to identify the contrasts between what is and what can be. Whether the vision involves the completion of a business project, the mission of a company, or the salvation of the world, the creation of a vision is the first essential step to the fulfillment of a goal.

To successfully complete any project, the creativity of vision must be combined with the logic of methodical progress. Any result can be accomplished through the application of steps, each leading towards the vision. If the steps lead away from the vision, or if no steps are taken at all, then manifestation is at risk. Keep moving towards a target and it will be reached.

Economic development will bring peace to the world. As countries become more interdependent, the need for continued economic connection would be greater than any passionate desires. Countries that work together in business also talk diplomatically, and work out their issues. Crises can be overcome through the negotiation of mutual benefit.

We have already moved well along this path. Countries trade with each other every day. Franchises cross international boundaries, and travelers determine the value of local currency use the ‘Big Mac conversion’. The Internet connects the world, and people regularly converse with others on different continents. Even today, giants such as the U.S, China and Russia sit at a table, discussing ways to create peace. We have come a long way.

If business is to be the way that we bring peace to the world, it is essential that the structure of business be healthy for individuals. We must move away from the elitist pyramid that currently exists, where a small group pulls the strings and get the perks. Organizations where key officers get paid millions, while thousands of workers are paid peanuts, will begin to fade. In the new world vision, companies excel only when all people involved bond together to achieve common goals.

The world as it is today is designed for failure. Too many people are suffering, and too few believe that they have an actual influence on their lives. To reach the new world vision, it is necessary for those that have success to contribute to those that don’t. A revolution is necessary, but violence is not. Instead, the common sense solution is to begin helping people provide for themselves. Imagine the abundance and power in a world where everyone contributes to growth and success.

In many fantasies of a perfect world, people don’t have to work. Work is defined as drudgery and toil, a necessity required simply to pay the bills. However, I believe that work can be creative joy, and provide us with ways to exploit our own personal skills and desires. There is a wonderful feeling of accomplishment when a group works together to complete a successful project. When work is redefined as creative participation to achieve a common goal, it starts to be fun.

The time has come for the masses to rule. We are all one, and together we can create a glorious future. Companies who follow the new vision will succeed tremendously, while those that insist on old morals and old rules will crumble and fade. Businesses can thrive when any group of people is motivated to work together and succeed. Business must also be moral, since if we are to accomplish something as a species, the outcome must also be good for each person. Balance is necessary, and imbalance causes revolution.

The new world vision begins with individual change. Our egos must be forsaken, our fears put away, and we each can bask in the revelation of how we can be of service to the world. It begins in your home, and in your workplace. It begins with the message that you carry each and every day. The world is connected, and ideas travel fast.
